A longtime dahlia fan, Jess planted two tubers in my garden in 2022, and 1000 in 2025. It’s a slippery slope. Join Jessica as she nerds out about her favorite flower. She’ll cover how to buy, plant, grow, dig, and store dahlia tubers in our climate, and we’ll ooh and ahh at flower photos, and dream of summer!

The Tribe of Nerds Podcast covers everything from Survivor, Marvel, LOST, Pokemon, and more. Created by Jake Borucki, this passion project started during the pandemic and has grown into a full crew of content creators from around the world. We’ve interviewed over 50 former Survivor contestants, competed in online reality games like Survivor Vanquish, and recorded almost 400 episodes. This is Jake’s story of how a dream and a passion became a reality!
